To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
If you cancel 30 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll pay 50% for all nights
If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll pay 50% for all nights
If you cancel after that, you’ll pay 100% for all nights

Deposit 300€ (+100€ if you bring a pet)
Final cleaning 120€ for Los Jardines de Calahonda and 160€ for El Botánico de La Cala de Mijas
Animal supplement for the stay 100€
Guests pay 25 cents per kWh of electricity. This usually results in a bill of around 40-60 Euros per week. We have this rule because all people can use electricity/Aircon/heating as much as they like. We dont want to increase the costs of accomodation by including electricity in the price per night.

Throw rubbish away
Please notify us if any bedding, used towels or any other items in the home are damaged beyond repair or require our attention. o We ask that you wash your dishes before leaving. please use dishwasher o When leaving, you can leave unused food in the refrigerator o We will be very grateful if there are no traces of cooking left in the kitchen upon departure.
